Kerv unites world-class cloud solutions and digital transformation services with a uniquely collaborative way of working.
Tech entrepreneur Alastair Mills tasked the Mr B & Friends team to help create a new type of tech company. One that puts customers truly first, not the technology on offer. After research and insight we landed on the idea of 'staying ahead' and hence the name Kerv was born.
Kerv continues to grow and live up to its name. Starting with a merger of three companies, now Kerv is a £50m revenue company with over 400 employees and 750 customers including Investec, Kiwi.com, Harrods and Arvato.
Kerv. Stay ahead.
A culture that's anything but flat.
We avoided any of the standard cliché blue hues and imagery from the tech sector and created a bespoke wordmark that delivered the energy and attitude of this new CX inspired brand. A bright purple and highlights of zesty lime green helped to bring to life to a company with its people to the fore.
Kerv then renamed its five different practices with one clear vision to help customers. Whether working together or apart, they help their clients create game-changing solutions to their biggest challenges.
Inventing a new Kerv world
Created entirely during lock-down the team worked with CG motion designer Florian Thamer to create a series of bespoke animations which spoke to the benefits of working with Kerv.
These were used in launch videos, throughout the website and collateral and helped give a modern interpretation of the strengths of the business - security, CX, collaboration etc.
A digital experience that lives up to the personal experience
Once we had the brand, we now needed a website to deliver this personal approach. We worked closely with the Kerv Group companies to discover how best to present the myriad of products, technologies, services and outcomes. The result? A content and feature rich hub where a CTO can explore the entire group or a tech specialist can read intense detail about an individual product offering.
All of this, while keeping on tone of voice and with the Kerv culture coming through.
Thanks to the fab Kerv team particularly Alastair Mills, Mike Ing, Rufus Grigg, Helen Lancaster and Kim Talingdan. Also huge thanks, (far too many to mention everyone) to Simon Barbato, Liam Smith, Joe Baptiste, Sara Foley, Nathan Crosby, Kieran Hawes, Chris Tozer, Harriet Whitehorne and Louise Lepic.
Business too full of jargon?
We work closely with leadership teams to get under the skin of your business, remove jargon and think about your ideal customers. Then we get to creating, just for them.
